2020 RACE IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19
Join us for our 8th Annual 5k Race and 2 Mile Family Walk and enjoy a beautiful Sunday run through the picturesque backroads of Hadley on April 5th, 2020. With two race options, there's a distance for everyone!
HHHS is proud to host this annual fundraiser in support of the Hadley Public Schools. All proceeds support technology education initiatives across the district, to prepare our children for successful futures in an increasingly digital world. Parking and race-day registration will open at 9:30 AM and the race will step off at 10:30 AM. Stick around after the race for our family-friendly Block Party! Rock out with our DJ, grab some lunch (available for purchase), and congratulate the race winners! Awards will be given to the top runners in each age category.
This event is rain or shine, with indoor restroom facilities. As much as we love our 4-legged friends, dogs will not be allowed at this event, as it is on school property.
Registration Fees:
18+: $25.00
Age 17 and under: $15.00
Hopkins Students: $15.00
Age 4 & Under: Free in jogging stroller or carrier. Please note that if using a stroller or carrier you must start in the back of the race.
Please note: This is a USATF sanctioned, "chip" timed 5K. Helping Hearts for Hadley Schools 5K and Block Party is a nonprofit 501c3 organization. As a fundraising event, registration fees are non-refundable. Any additional donations are 100% tax-deductible. All participants must register over the age of 4. Registration increases by $5.00 on Race Day so be sure to register early! There is an additional processing fee when registering online ($2.50 for children and $3.00 for adults).

"My sister Sarah, myself and a friend ran the race last year. We are all from Granby/South Hadley. My sister just had twins in December of the previous year and was looking for a flat road race to get back into running. This was a perfect race. We liked it so much we decided to invite our other four sisters to join this year!

Over All Male and Female: Will receive the following: $100 cash, a quart of Mapleline chocolate milk, a gift basket from Whole Foods with a gift certificate and a medal!
